Ingredients

1Poundground beef (or chopped chicken)
6 corn tortillas
1Canbeans (ranch-style)
8Ouncecheddar cheese (shredded)
1 onion (finely chopped)
6 corn tortillas
1Cancream of mushroom soup (use cream of chicken if using chopped chicken)
1⁄2Cupwater (to mix in the soup)
1Cantomatoes (can use Ro-Tel, diced or salsa)

Instructions

Layer 9x13 pan in order listed.  Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
