Ingredients

12Ouncecorn (1 can, with liquid)
1⁄4Cupoil
3⁄4Cupmilk
1 1⁄2Cupcheddar (grated)
1Cupcorn meal
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
2Tablespoonchili peppers (chopped, or to taste)

Instructions

Combine corn and liquid, oil, milk, cheese, cornmeal, salt and chili peppers. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until center is cooked and top is slightly browned.
