Rice with spice...its so good it even rhymes :)

| 1 | Cup | white rice |
| 2 | Teaspoon | oil (canola or olive) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | salsa |
| 1 | Cup | water |
In a small ovenproof saucepan place rice and oil. Stir rice enough to blend with the oil. Turn on stove to medium-low and stir frequently. As rice starts to turn white, add salsa and salt. Allow to simmer briefly. Add water and cover. Let come to a boil. Stir once again and place in a 350 degree oven. with the lid on saucepan. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes on stove top. Uncover and lightly fluff with a spoon. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Recipe can be doubled.
