| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | confectioners' sugar |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 2 | Cup | flour |
| 1 | Cup | pecans (chopped) |
Cream butter; add 1 cup confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour a small amount at a time; mix well. Add pecans. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 20–25 minutes. Roll in confectioners’ sugar. Cool before serving.
