| 1 | Cup | sugar |
| 1⁄2 | Pint | water |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | kosher gelatin |
| 1⁄4 | Pint | vinegar |
| 3 | Tablespoon | finely chopped mint |
Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. While waiting for water to boil, mix gelatin and vinegar together. When water and sugar are boiling, add the gelatin and vinegar mixture. Then add mint. Pour mint mixture into small containers and then put the small containers into a flat pan and surround them with ice. Stir regularly until set. Cover and store in refridgerator.
