Ingredients

1Packagespring mix
1⁄2Cuppecans (broken into pieces)
1Canmandarin oranges (drained)
1Pintstrawberries (sliced)
  crumbled blue cheese (to taste)
  dried cranberries (optional)
  dried blueberries (optional)
1 bottle poppy seed dressing

Instructions

Mix spring mix with fruit and nuts. Add blue cheese. Pour 1/2 cup (approximately) of poppy seed dressing to start. Toss to coat. Add more and toss again, if needed. Serve immediately.
