A spring salad with some flare!

| 1 | Package | spring mix |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | pecans (broken into pieces) |
| 1 | Can | mandarin oranges (drained) |
| 1 | Pint | strawberries (sliced) |
| crumbled blue cheese (to taste) | ||
| dried cranberries (optional) | ||
| dried blueberries (optional) | ||
| 1 | bottle poppy seed dressing |
Mix spring mix with fruit and nuts. Add blue cheese. Pour 1/2 cup (approximately) of poppy seed dressing to start. Toss to coat. Add more and toss again, if needed. Serve immediately.
