| 2 | Cup | sour cream (room temperature) |

| 2 | Cup | cheddat cheese (shredded) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | green onion (chopped) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | pepper |
Peel cooked potatoes and shred coarsely. Add cheese and melted butter. Mix lightly. Add onion, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Mix lightly and bake in 9x13 casserole for 25-30 minutes at 350.
