| 4 | Cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips (24 ounces) |
| 2 | Cup | walnuts (chopped) |
Cream shortening, butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 14-16 minutes.
