| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |

| 2 | Cup | mozzarella cheese |
| 2 | Tablespoon | parmesan cheese |
| 2 | Cup | mostaccioli noodles |
Mix tomato sauce, oregano, Italian seasoning, basil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and sugar in a saucepan. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. When sauce is cooked, layer half of the noodles, half of the sauce, and half of the cheeses into a 2-quart baking dish. Then repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
