Ingredients

1Poundfresh mushrooms (sliced, quartered, or small whole)
4Tablespoonolive oil
1Tablespoonfresh minced garlic
1Teaspoondried parsley
1⁄8Teaspoonsalt (or to taste)
 Pinchpepper
1⁄4Cupgood drinking wine

Instructions

Saute garlic in oil in a large frying pan until garlic is tender. Do not brown. Add mushrooms and season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat with oil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add wine. Turn up heat to medium high and continue cooking and stirring until all the wine is evaporated and mushrooms look glazed.
