| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | whole-wheat flour |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | oat flour (can grind oats in blender) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | oil |
| 6 | Tablespoon | ice water |
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Mix oil and water and add to dry mixture. Stir with fork and roll out thin. Press into lightly oiled pie plate. Makes 1 deep dish double crust pie.
