A delicious, flour-less pancake, with the heartiness of oatmeal.

| 2 | eggs | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | cottage cheese |
| 1 | Tablespoon | oil |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | oatmeal (uncooked) |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | salt |
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed. Drop by tablespoons on a hot, oiled griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear on surface and then cook one minute more. Makes 4 (4-inch) pancakes.
