A classy spread for a classy cracker.

| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | sharp cheese (grated) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | green onions (minced) |
| 1 | Cup | green olives (chopped or sliced) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | chili powder |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | mayonnaise |
Mix and spread on any cracker, or butter both sides of thin bread and toast. Cut in any shape you prefer. Spread and heat. Mixture can be kept in refridgerator for several days.
