Crisp, fried onions are used to bread chicken breasts drizzled in butter.

| 1 | butter (stick, melted) | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | dry mustard |
| 1 | Tablespoon | worchestershire sauce |
| 2 | Can | Durkee fried onions (crushed) |
| Unknown | salt & pepper (to taste) |
Flatten chicken pieces, season to taste with salt & pepper. Melt butter and add mustard and Worceshire sauce. Mix well. Place chicken in butter mixture then roll and press in the crushed onions. Place in buttered 9x13 baking pan. Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle leftover butter on chicken. Bake at 350°for 30 minutes.
