Sweet orange pieces and crunchy pecans are the perfect combination in this dessert bar

| 1 | orange (large) | |
| 2⁄3 | Cup | pecans (chopped) |
| 1 | orange rind (grated) | |
| 2⁄3 | Cup | powdered sugar (sifted) |
| 1 | Tablespoon | cream (or half and half) |
Peel orange with white skin left on. Cut orange into ½ inch chunks. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs and brown sugar together for 3 minutes on high speed. Stir in flour. Fold in orange pieces and nuts. Spread thin in pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Glaze:
Combine grated orange rind, powdered sugar and cream. Spread on bars while still warm.
