Ingredients

1Cupbutter (two sticks, softened)
1⁄2Cupraw sugar
1⁄2Cuporange honey
1Packagecream cheese (3 ounces, softened)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2Tablespoonorange rind (grated)
2Teaspoonvanilla extract
2Cupunbleached flour
1Teaspoonsalt
1Cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Cream butter, sugar, honey, and cream cheese. Add eggs, orange peel, and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together the flour and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

I made these cookies for the first time during the Days of Unleavened bread. They are phenomenal! So Delicious!
