A happy marriage between orange and chocolate, with the warm sweetness of honey.

| 1 | Cup | butter (two sticks, softened) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | raw sugar |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | orange honey |
| 1 | Package | cream cheese (3 ounces, softened) |

| 2 | Tablespoon | orange rind (grated) |
| 2 | Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 2 | Cup | unbleached flour |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Cream butter, sugar, honey, and cream cheese. Add eggs, orange peel, and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together the flour and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and drop by teaspoons onto a lightly greased sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
I made these cookies for the first time during the Days of Unleavened bread. They are phenomenal! So Delicious!
