Chicken
Dip chicken pieces into mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Melt butter in shallow baking pan in a 400º oven. Remove pan from oven. As pieces of floured chicken are placed in a pan, turn to coat with butter, then place skin side down in single layer. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Pour Spicy Barbecue Sauce over chicken. Bake another 30 minutes or until tender. Serves 4-6.
Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Combine onions, salt, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, black pepper, catsup, and water.
This is one of my favorite recipes for chicken. We have enjoyed it for years.
