| 4 | medium zucchini (firm) | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | parmesan cheese |
| Pinch | salt | |
| 2 | Tablespoon | olive oil |
Preheat oven to 375. Cut zucchini into 1-inch chunks or round disks. Put into gallon-size Ziploc bag. Add cheese, salt, and olive oil. Shake vigorously until zucchini is coted. Place coated vegetables on a pizza stone or cookie sheet to bake. (Pizza stone works best.) Bake 10-15 minutes until golden on top.
