A delicious crumbly, peanut butter cookie. Perfect with a tall glass of cold milk.

Ingredients

1⁄3Cuppeanut butter
1⁄3Cupsugar
1⁄3Cupbrown sugar
1Cupflour
1 egg (beaten)
1⁄3Cupbutter (softened)
1⁄4Teaspoonsalt

Instructions

Mix flour, sugars, salt, egg, and butter in a mixing bowl; stir in peanut butter. Drop from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until brown. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. Should be served when cool to prevent crumbling.
