Ingredients

1⁄2Cuppeanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1⁄3Cuphoney
1⁄4Cupsoy sauce
3Tablespoonvegetable oil
1Clovegarlic (minced)
1Teaspooncurry powder
2 1⁄2Poundchicken drumettes and wings
 Unknownhot red pepper flakes (if desired)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, oil, and curry powder until blended. If using chicken wings, cut into three sections discarding wing tips. Place chicken pieces (wings/drumettes) into peanut butter mixture, stirring to coat. Cover and refridgerate for 2 hours. Transfer to ungreased 9x13x2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
