Peanutty and scrumptious!

| 1⁄2 | Cup | peanut butter (creamy or chunky) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | honey |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | soy sauce |
| 3 | Tablespoon | vegetable oil |
| 1 | Clove | garlic (minced) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | curry powder |
| 2 1⁄2 | Pound | chicken drumettes and wings |
| Unknown | hot red pepper flakes (if desired) |
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, oil, and curry powder until blended. If using chicken wings, cut into three sections discarding wing tips. Place chicken pieces (wings/drumettes) into peanut butter mixture, stirring to coat. Cover and refridgerate for 2 hours. Transfer to ungreased 9x13x2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
Recipe Note: This recipe doubles or quadruples easily.
