Prep time5 minutes

Ingredients

1Cupbrown sugar
1⁄2Cupflour
1Cuppecans (chopped)
2⁄3Cupbutter (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together.  Mix butter and eggs.  Add dry ingredients into butter. Stir until just moistened.  Grease mini muffin pan.  Fill 2/3 full.  Bake 2-25 minutes at 350°. 

Notes

Alma Pistole passwed away right after the Feast of Tabernacles in 2003.  She was so sweet and loved to cook.  You didn't see her and leave without her trying to feed you.  This was one of her favortie recipes.
