Description

Great as a sweet snack or an extra special breakfast, this crunchy muffin will make Unleavened Bread for kids and adults. This delicious muffins can be made Gluten Free.

Ingredients

1Cuppecans (Chopped)
2 eggs (beaten)
3⁄4Cupbrown sugar
1⁄2Cupflour ((can use wheat, white, oat, or even gluten free rice flour))
1⁄4Teaspoonsalt (optional)
1Teaspoonvanilla (optional)

Instructions

 

 

  • Preheat oven to 350.  
  • Mix dry ingredients together. 
  • Mix butter and eggs in medium mixing bowl.  
  • Add dry ingredients into butter. 
  • Spoon into greased mini muffin pans.  
  • Fill 2/3 full. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
