This festive pudding couldn't be easier to make or more delicious to dish up.

Ingredients

1Cancrushed pineapple (undrained)
4 eggs (beaten)
1⁄4Cuphoney (or sugar)
1⁄2Cupbutter (1 stick, melted)
3Slicebread (or 4, broken up)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for ½ hour.



 

Notes

This is an easy recipe to make, bake, and take! I use it for potlucks and last-minute desserts. It’s also good served warm with cream as a brunch side dish.
