This festive pudding couldn't be easier to make or more delicious to dish up.

| 1 | Can | crushed pineapple (undrained) |
| 4 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | honey (or sugar) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (1 stick, melted) |
| 3 | Slice | bread (or 4, broken up) |
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for ½ hour.
This is an easy recipe to make, bake, and take! I use it for potlucks and last-minute desserts. It’s also good served warm with cream as a brunch side dish.
