| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (FOR CRUST) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sugar (FOR CRUST) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | nuts (chopped) |
| 1 | Package | cream cheese (softened; FOR FILLING) |
| 2⁄3 | Cup | powdered sugar |
| 1⁄2 | Carton | whipped topping |
| 2 | Package | pistacchio pudding (instant; FOR TOPPING) |
| 2 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
FOR CRUST:
Combine flour, butter and sugar. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or longer.
FOR FILLING:
Cream powdered sugar and cheese, fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
FOR TOPPING:
Heat milk and pudding together, spread over second layer. Put other half of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Option: can use chocolate pudding.
