Ingredients

1Cupflour (FOR CRUST)
1⁄2Cupbutter (FOR CRUST)
2Tablespoonsugar (FOR CRUST)
1⁄2Cupnuts (chopped)
1Packagecream cheese (softened; FOR FILLING)
2⁄3Cuppowdered sugar
1⁄2Cartonwhipped topping
2Packagepistacchio pudding (instant; FOR TOPPING)
2 1⁄2Cupmilk

Instructions

FOR CRUST:

Combine flour, butter and sugar. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or longer.

FOR FILLING:

Cream powdered sugar and cheese, fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

FOR TOPPING:

Heat milk and pudding together, spread over second layer. Put other half of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Option: can use chocolate pudding.
