This recipe for homemade pizza crust will make you never want to buy another one again!

| 1 | Tablespoon | yeast |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | water (warm) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | olive oil |
| 2 | Tablespoon | honey |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | whole-wheat bread flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | unbleached flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | gluten |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
In large bowl combine yeast in warm water and then add the remaining ingredients. Cover, let rise 20 minutes. Lightly knead on floured surface. Roll out into a large circle and place on a lightly greased pizza pan. Layer with favortie toppings and spices and bake 20-25 mintues at 400°.
