Beef meatballs simmered in a sweet and sour pineapple and ginger sauce.

| 1 | Pound | lean ground beef |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | onion (chopped) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | pepper |
| 1 | Tablespoon | soy sauce |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | honey |
| 1 | Cup | pineapple juice |
| 3 | Tablespoon | vinegar |
| 1 | Tablespoon | butter |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | onion (chopped) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Tablespoon | cornstarch |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | ground ginger |

Meatballs:
Combine all ingredients, then make into balls of 2 level tablespoons each. Roast in oven, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with sauce.
Sauce:
Combine ingredients and stir over low heat until thickens. May need to double recipe.
