Description

Baked chicken is topped with poppy seeds and deliciously covered in a sour cream sauce

Ingredients

4Cupchicken (cubed)
2Cancream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1Cartonsour cream (8 oz.)
1BunchRitz crackers (can use saltines)
1⁄2Cupbutter (melted)
4Teaspoonpoppy seeds

Instructions

Boil chicken, drain and cube.  Combine soup, sour cream, and chicken.  Pour into oblong baking dish.  Combine melted butter, crackers and poppy seeds.  Spread over top of casserole.  Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Notes

This also works well for a potluck meal.
