| 2 | potatoes (peeled and sliced) | |
| 1 | medium onion (sliced) | |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | water |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | fresh spinach |
| 1 | chicken boullion cube | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | pepper |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | nutmeg |
| 1 | Cup | heavy cream |
Combine all ingredients but cream and heat to boiling. Simmer 15-30 minutes, until tender. Put vegetables and liquid in blender. Puree and gradually add remaining liquid. Add cream. Serve witha teaspoon of sour cream.
