Ingredients

2 potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
3⁄4Cupwater
1⁄2Poundfresh spinach
1 chicken boullion cube
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄8Teaspoonpepper
1⁄8Teaspoonnutmeg
1Cupheavy cream

Instructions

Combine all ingredients but cream and heat to boiling. Simmer 15-30 minutes, until tender. Put vegetables and liquid in blender. Puree and gradually add remaining liquid. Add cream. Serve witha  teaspoon of sour cream.
