A rich and delicious unleavened cake

| 1 | Package | confectioners' sugar |
| 6 | eggs | |
| 1 | Tablespoon | vanilla extract |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | whole-wheat pastry flour |
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour a little at a time. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
