| 2 | Cup | brown sugar |
| 1 | Cup | butter |
| 2 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 2 | Cup | ground raisins |
| 2 | Cup | oatmeal |
| 2 | Cup | flour (maybe more) |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Teaspoon | soda |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | nuts |
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in beaten eggs. Add raisins. Mix well. Stir in 1 c. flour. Add soda, salt, and oatmeal. Add rest of flour. Mix well. It is very stiff batter, so use hands to mix. Roll into small balls. Flatten and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
