This scrumptious dessert has honey and maple syrup blended with the spice of cloves, ginger and cinnamon.

| 1 3⁄4 | Cup | pumpkin (cooked, or sweet potatoes) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | raisins |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | honey |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | maple honey |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | nutmeg |
| 1 1⁄4 | Cup | milk (or orange juice) |
| 1 | Tablespoon | soy flour |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | ginger |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | cloves |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 2 | eggs |
Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into oiled baking dish. Place this dish in large pan filled with water. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 minutes more until set.
