Ingredients

1⁄2Cupbutter
3⁄4Cupflour (and 2 tablespoons)
1⁄2Cupoats
33⁄100Cupbrown sugar
13 1⁄2Ounceevaporated milk (1 can)
16Ouncepumpkin (1 can)
2 eggs
3⁄4Cupsugar
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
1 3⁄4Teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1⁄2Cupwalnuts (chopped)
1⁄2Cupbrown sugar
2Tablespoonbutter

Instructions

Mix 1/2 cup butter, flour, oats and 1/3 cup brown sugar together and press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine evaporated milk, canned pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice and pour over baked crust. Bake for 20 more minutes.



Combine walnuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle over partially baked filling. Bake for 20 more minutes. Cool in pan. Cut in 2-inch squares. Refrigerate.
