This is a special dish created for a Ladies Tea Party. Of course, you can enjoy it on other occasions as well! Heavy whipping cream embodies this quiche to give it rich texture and compliments crisp, fried turkey bacon perfectly.

| 4 | eggs (slightly beaten) | |

| 3⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | sugar |
| 12 | Slice | turkey bacon (fried crisp and crumbled) |
| 23⁄100 | Cup | onion (minced) |
| 23⁄100 | Cup | mushrooms (sliced) |
| 23⁄100 | Cup | celery (sliced) |
| Dash | cayenne pepper |
Heat oven to 425°. Prepare pastry. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pastry-lined pan. Beat eggs slightly and add other ingredients. Pour cream mixture into pie pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300° and bake 30 mintues longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 10 mintues before cutting into wedges.
Variation: Use some smoked Gouda or Monterey Jack cheese.
