Sauteed mushrooms & swiss cheese make this quiche a delicious breakfast choice

| 6 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 1 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Cup | yogurt (OR mayonnaise) |
| 2 | Cup | swiss cheese (shredded) |
| 1 | Cup | mushrooms (sauteed) |
Prebake pie crusts at 400 degrees for 10-15mins. Beat eggs, milk, yogurt, and about half of the cheese. Place sautee vegetables in bottom of crusts. Pour egg and milk mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for at least 30 minutes.
