Description

These tasty biscuits have a savory cheddar flavor. Great served with soup.

Ingredients

1Cupwhole-wheat flour (sifted)
1Cupall-purpose flour (sifted)
1⁄3Cupmayonnaise
3⁄4Cupmilk
1⁄3Cupsharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
2Tablespoononion (minced)
 Dashgarlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Stir together flour, mayonnaise, and milk until well blended. Add cheese, onion, and garlic powder. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Makes 24 biscuits.
