A straight forward dish with straight forward taste.

| 1⁄2 | stick of butter | |
| 1 | medium onion (chopped) | |
| 2 | Can | beef consomme |
| 1 | Can | mushrooms and juice (optional a small can) |
| 1 | Cup | rice |
Mix all ingredients together and put in elctric skillet at 250 for 25 minutes, or put in oven at 350 for an hour.
