A simple and delicious, flour-less cookie.

| 1 | Cup | peanut butter (crunchy is best) |
| 1 | Cup | sugar |
| 1 | egg (large) |
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix egg and sugar in a bowl to a syrupy consistency. Mix in peanut butter until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Place mixture onto a dark nonstick cookie sheet in 1-inch balls about 1½ to 2 inches apart. Flatten balls out slightly and then bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool slightly. Once cookies are firm, remove from sheet and allow to thoroughly cool. Enjoy!
