A dainty cookie with nuts, that is rolled in confectioners' sugar. These cookies don't last long and are simply yummy!

| 1 | Cup | butter |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | confectioners' sugar |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 2 1⁄4 | Cup | flour (sifted) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | nuts (finely chopped) |
Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Chill; roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10–12 minutes. While still warm, roll in confectioners’ sugar; roll again. Makes 4 dozen 1-inch cookies.
