A delicious bread to pair with butter or dipped in a spiced olive oil

| 3 | Cup | flour |
| 1 | Cup | water (warm) |
| 2 | Teaspoon | sugar |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Package | instant yeast |
| 2 | Teaspoon | olive oil |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | cornmeal |
| 1 | egg white (beaten) |
Add all ingredients expcet the egg and cornmeal inot bread machine (or you can do by hand). After the dough is formed and is sticky to the touch, form a round ball. Cut a long slit down the middle of put a coating of olive oil over top so it won't form a crust. Then let rise in warm place, covered, for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle the cornmeal in a baking dish, then place the dough on it. Beofre you bake, brush on the egg white. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden. when you tap it with a fork on top, it should sound hollow.
This is very easy and delicious bread and you probably have all the ingredients already.
