Ingredients

1Poundground beef
1 egg (beaten)
1⁄2Cupquick oats (uncooked)
2Tablespoonketchup
2Tablespoonwater
1Tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1Tablespoononion (chopped)
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
 Unknownall-purpose flour
1Cancream of mushroom soup
 Unknownpepper (to taste)
1Canwater (from the mushroom soup can)

Instructions

Combine beef, egg, oats, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper.  From into oval patties and pat lightly with flour.  Brown patties in butter in large frying pan; pout off grease.  Combine soup and water; pour over patties.  Cover and simmer for 45 mintues.
