A simply tasteful tart..simplistic in form but a complex taste!

| 1 | Pound | butter |
| 2⁄3 | Cup | sugar |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 4 | Cup | plain flour |
| 2 | Cup | pecans |
| powdered sugar |
Mix together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour and pecans. Roll into small balls and then roll each in powdered sugar. Bake at 300-325 for 20-30 minutes (just until lightly browned).
Children may close their ears to advice, but they open their eyes to example!
