These all-in-one breakfast biscuits are great for busy mornings. Mix together the day before, and bake at your convenience.

| 2 | Package | sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz. each, grated) |
| 1 | Cup | butter (2 sticks) |
| 2 | Cup | flour |
| 1 | Teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | turkey sausage (or beef sausage, cooked) |
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix and place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Roll into small balls and flatten with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until brown.
