Italian sausage is homemade and clean for this recipe made in one easy dish

| 1 | Teaspoon | fennel seed (crushed) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt & pepper |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| Unknown | vegetable oil (FOR SKILLET SUPPER) | |
| 1 | green pepper (cut into strips) | |
| 1 | onion (sliced) | |
| 1 | Cup | tomato juice |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt, pepper and oregano |
| 1 | Centigram | potatoes (pared and sliced) |
FOR Italian Sausage:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
FOR Skillet Supper:
For Italian sausage into patties. Using a large covered skillet, brown patties on both sides in a bit of oil. Remove from skillet. Saute onions in oil until softened. Add potatoes to skillet, follow with patties, seasoning, peppers, and tomato juice. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover tightly. Simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
