Spice up your scrambled eggs with this recipe made with hot peppers and spinach

| 2 | Tablespoon | olive oil |
| 2 | Tablespoon | onions (diced) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | chicken (chopped. can substitute turkey ham ) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | spinach |
| 2 | Tablespoon | brown rice (precooked) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | butter |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 2 | Tablespoon | hot peppers (can be substituted for sweet peppers) |
| Dash | cayenne pepper |
Using the olive oil, saute onions in skillet. Once the onions start to turn color on the edges, add chicken or turkey to the onions. You can add some hot or sweet peppers at this point. Then add spinach and continue to cook. Then add precooked brown rice. Continue to cook. Add butter. Stir in eggs. Heat until cooked through. Use cayenne for seasoning.
