This meal is made in one pot and sauteed to perfection

| 1 | Cup | onions (chopped) |
| 1 | Cup | chicken pieces (precooked) |
| 1 | Cup | turkey pieces (precooked) |
| 1 | Cup | beef pieces (precooked) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | sweet peppers |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | hot peppers |
| 1 | Cup | sugar peas |
| 1 | Cup | broccoli |
| 1 | Cup | cauliflower |
| 1 | Cup | water chestnuts |
| 1 | Cup | bamboo shoots |
| 1 | Teaspoon | curry powder |
| 3 | Tablespoon | soy sauce |
Saute onions in olive oil and then add remaining ingredients and heat until vegetables are at desired tenderness.
