Smooth and creamy ranch mashed potatoes. Great for potlucks!

| 10 | Cup | mashed potatoes |
| 1 | Package | cream cheese (8 ounces) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | sour cream |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter |
| 1 | Package | ranch dressing mix |
| 1 | Teaspoon | parsley |
Cook and mash potatoes without milk or butter. In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream butter, ranch dressing mix, and parsley. Stir this mixture into the potatoes. Put into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
