Ingredients

1Cupcornmeal
1Cupflour
1⁄4Cupsugar
1Teaspoonsalt
1 egg
1⁄4Cupshortening
1Cupmilk

Instructions

Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and stir until moist. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.
