Spedini are fried meatballs from Italy and taste absolutely amazing with mozzarella cheese. Made similarly to shish kebads but easily broiled in the oven.

| 5 | Pound | sirloin tip roast (thinly sliced) |
| Drop | olive oil | |
| 3 | Cup | bread crumbs |
| 3 | Cup | Parmesan chees |
| 3 | onions (chopped) | |
| Dash | parsley flakes | |
| Dash | garlic powder | |
| Pinch | salt & pepper | |
| Unknown | mozzarella cheese (shredded) |
Pound sirloin tip roast thinner and cut into 1x2 inch strips. Dip strips in 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 vegetable oil. Coat with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onions, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then mozzarella cheese. Roll and pick with a tooth pick or a shish kebab stick. Broil 5 mintues on each side and serve.
