Description

Spedini are fried meatballs from Italy and taste absolutely amazing with mozzarella cheese. Made similarly to shish kebads but easily broiled in the oven.

Ingredients

5Poundsirloin tip roast (thinly sliced)
 Dropolive oil
3Cupbread crumbs
3CupParmesan chees
3 onions (chopped)
 Dashparsley flakes
 Dashgarlic powder
 Pinchsalt & pepper
 Unknownmozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

Pound sirloin tip roast thinner and cut into 1x2 inch strips.  Dip strips in 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 vegetable oil.  Coat with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onions, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then mozzarella cheese.  Roll and pick with a tooth pick or a shish kebab stick.  Broil 5 mintues on each side and serve.
