| 2 | green onions (sliced) | |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 4 | eggs | |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Cup | tomatoes (stewed, can us up to 2 cups) |
Arrange cheese on bottom of well greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle onion on top of cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and salt. Pour over cheese and onions. Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes or until center is set when you shake pan. Serve immediately topped with stewed tomatoes.
